I had a wonderful stay at this resort! The views of Lake Hamilton from my spacious unit were breathtaking, and the fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals during my visit. While the resort's location is excellent, close to various attractions, I did notice that some amenities are in need of updating, which has room for improvement. Overall, it was a relaxing getaway with lots of opportunities for outdoor activities.
My condo was incredibly spacious, featuring large living areas along with a great balcony overlooking the lake. I also appreciated having a hot tub in the main bath, adding a touch of luxury to our stay.
Check-in and check-out were very efficient, and the staff was attentive to my needs.
The resort is perfectly situated just a short drive from downtown Hot Springs, making it easy to access dining, shopping, and local attractions.
While the facility is generally well-maintained, some recreational amenities could use an upgrade, particularly the elevator that wasn't the fastest.
